There’s no free trial. Instead, every purchase of Tipword is risk-free for 14 days. If Tipword isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you’ll get the full amount back. You don’t need to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
- Use the customer portal linked in your receipt email, or
- Email support@tipword.app from the address you used to buy, and include your order number if you have it.
What happens next
Refunds are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. When the refund is issued, your license key is deactivated.
After 14 days
We don’t usually refund purchases after 14 days. If something is broken, email us and we’ll do our best to fix it. This policy doesn’t affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us first. We’ll sort it out faster than a bank dispute. A chargeback ends your license.
